The boy/girl verdict: We're having a...

After much anticipation, Luke and I are so excited to share a couple of adorable photos of our sweet Baby McCamey... SHE is a beautiful baby GIRL!  I guess our "feeling" of having a girl was right on.  We are so excited to add a little Miss to our family and so very grateful that Baby McCamey is healthy!
Her profile
Her Face
Her little hands
And Toes!

We both feel so very blessed to have this sweet little one in our lives! And, good grief, she is so loved already! We are so thankful for the prayers, well-wishes and kind gestures we've already received for our baby girl.

My plan of finding out couldn't of worked better!!  Was it hard to wait?  Yes, of course but it made it extra special!!  Here is Luke and I at dinner.
Yes I was just a little excited! : )
A proud Daddy,
and Mommy!
We opened our card just to make sure they matched!!
Her little lovey that we will cherrish forever and ever!

This blanky goes with me,
Everywhere you see.
It's the perfect size,
Not to touch the ground,
Then it stays nice and clean,
To carry all around.
If Mommy holds it close to her,
Then gives it back to me,
I will always smell her scent,
Feel her love,
And the warmth of her security.

What an amazing day!  We feel so blessed to have a little girl and are so excited to meet her soon!
xoxo

All bets are (almost) off

Today is the day, we find out whether Baby McCamey is a little Mr. or a little Miss!  I am so excited I can't stand it.  It will -without a doubt- be the best Halloween treat ever.  I called to make sure they had my appointment, can you tell someone is anxious!!  No actually the animated system forgot to call and remind me so I had to check in with them.  I just had to be told what our baby is going to be today!!  I feel like I have waited long enough.

I will post the results tomorrow since we will find out late tonight.  The plan is to ask our ultrasound tech to put the result (boy or girl) in an envelope.  Then go to the mall and find something pink and blue.  Tell the sales clerk to charge us for one and to match the color that is in the envelope (boy-blue, girl-pink) then place it in a bag I will provide while we walk away.  Oh this is getting me excited already!!  Then Luke and I are going to go to dinner and reveal what Baby McCamey actually is!!  I can't wait.  Those of you who have asked will get a phone call tonight and I will post it tommorow on here.
Okay so some of you may think I am crazy to wait so long but if you know me I love creativity and if I have waited this long a few more hours won't hurt!  Also Baby McCamey will have a something special to keep of the day we found out what they were a little Mr. or a little Miss.

Bump Watch: 20 Weeks!

Pregnancy HighlightsEverything is a highlight! I feel so lucky that my pregnancy has been smooth so far. Praying the next 20 weeks are just as wonderful!  I feel very blessed!
How Far Along: 20 weeks
Size of baby: Banana baby!
Total Weight Gained/Lost: I don't even want to know. I'll hop on the scale tomorrow at the Dr.s
Maternity Clothes: Went shopping this week and bought my first maternity jeans and love them!  They are the most comfy things ever that I might just have to wear them after being pregnant too! : )
Gender: We find out tomorrow!!!
Movement: I feel lots of movement in the evenings and at night before bed when I lay still. The flip flops in my tummy let me know there's definitely something going on in there!  I am waiting for another kick like last week but haven't felt one as powerful as when I was in God's house.
Sleep: I have been sleeping like a baby and having a hard time waking up in the morning.
What I miss: Nothing right now, loving this week...Only a three day work week, lunch with my Husband, Hannah and Sebastian time, and finding out what Baby McCamey is!
Cravings: My sweet treats!  I have the best Husband who bought me a bunch of treats this week!  Pumpkin Cheese Cake, Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Ice Cream...Yummy!
Aversions: Oatmeal for some reason I get morning sickness after eating it!
Symptoms: Morning sickness again, I thought that symptom was gone but guess not!
Best Moment this week: The big gender-revealing ultrasound happening tomorrow!!!

Bump Watch: 19 Weeks!

Pregnancy HighlightsBeing able to look down and see a protruding belly!  It reminds me that I have a baby growing inside of me, eating as much food as I want and only gaining it in my tummy, having a wonderful husband who has been giving me extra love!
How Far Along: 19 weeks
Size of baby: Mango baby!
Total Weight Gained/Lost: Still 5 pounds, I think.
Maternity Clothes: I have discovered maternity clothes!  With all the hand me downs from Kirsten and Hannah!  Most are still big on me but boy are they comfortable!
Gender: We find out next week!!
Movement: I felt a kick for the first time!!  I am starting to feel Baby McCamey more and more as she/he grows bigger and bigger.  It is such a fun feeling!
Sleep: Been needing more of it!  I have more energy through out the day when I sleep for 9 or 10 hours.
What I miss: Let s see... I miss being able to sleep through the night and not having to pee so much. : ) It will be worth it when baby McCamey enters the world though!
Cravings: Chocolate milk just before bed and yogurt with granola is my favorite snack in the day
Aversions: Veggies, I try my best to eat them but I like them as much as I did when I was little.  For those of you that don't know I use to pretend to eat them and store them under our table!  Lets pray my child loves them more than its Mommy! : )
Symptoms: No symptoms to report this week. Unless "looking pregnant" is a symptom. : )
Best Moment this week: Feeling baby McCamey kick for the first time!  It was such an amazing feeling and made me smile inside and out.

Baby Kick

Baby Mccamey has been moving around a lot.  It feels like popcorn popping or butterflies fluttering.  Luke says its my tummy making noises but I swear it is Baby!   Then the other day I went to church with the Moutons and baby McCamey kicked for the first time that I could feel it.  It felt like someone flicked the inside of my tummy!!  She or He was in Gods house and must have been dancing to the worship music!  What a neat feeling.  :)  I can't wait for it to get stronger so Daddy can feel too!  We love you Baby McCamey and can't wait to find out what you are!!
                                                                        XOXO
Friday is just around the corner and we will find out the blessing we have growing inside of me.  Boy or Girl?  Cast your vote in the comments section and I will post the news soon!

Tea Time

Yesterday I went to Tea Embassy with Hannah and her Mom.  We enjoyed a tea sandwich trio, scones and sweets along with 4 tea selections.  I hope Baby McCamey is a little girl so I can take her to tea with us!  It was so much fun I felt like I was a little girl having a tea party.

Thank you for inviting and treating me to tea Hannah!  I couldn't of had a better Saturday sharing it with you and your Mom over tea and yummy treats!

Camping @ Colorado Bend State Park

One of the best kept secrets in Texas!! It was a beautiful weekend a little warmer than we had thought. All Daddy wanted for his birthday was a camping trip oh and a fairy tail pumpkin! :) Mommy had to slip in some other suprises too because it drives Daddy crazy trying to guess! We had such a great time being out doors, hiking and exploring the waterfalls and pools in the park.
We pitched our tent and picked number 3 as our site!
Set up camp
Went for a nice hike to see all the pools and waterfalls
My handsome husband
Our growing baby
One of the many pools
Kendra+Luke
Luke was chasing an armadillo around!  It was so ugly up close.
We had some visitors
and some more right by our tent!
Now this is a real s'more
Big marshmellows are very gooey
Yummy!!
Our tent at night
I wanted to try and get inside!  :)

We had so much fun!  I can't wait to plan another camping trip.  It is so nice to be in God's world!
