Celebrating Life's Moments...

I have pondered for a while what to name this blog...thinking of all the words that start with M because I am crazy like that.  It came to me early yesterday morning.  Normally I am not awake at 3 am but Reese has taught me I can be up at any hour when I hear her hungry whimper in the middle of my dreams.  I sit there staring down at my beautiful child and my brain goes crazy designing each room in our home, planning Reese's first birthday, thanking God for my daughter and what to name our family blog...Who would have ever thought that breastfeeding would lead to so many great ideas!

I started to blog when I found out we were getting this amazing gift from God...Baby McCamey...since all my family and friends live far I wanted a way to make them feel like they lived next door.  I wanted them to be able to read the next chapter.  A chapter filled with so much excitement, love and wonder!!

When I fell in love with Luke, that very moment I took a picture of him, an emotional snapshot, that I will carry with me forever.  To this day I feel so very lucky, the man I fell in love with still resembles that snapshot!  Many of our life’s moments don’t just happen in our mind or in our soul.  They happen while holding our children in the middle of the night, or watching the waves crash upon the shore, or around our table, watching the people we love feel nourished in all sorts of ways.
